Benefer Architectural is a architectural design firm based in Kings Lynn and we are dedicated to providing the best possible service,helping our clients to understand the difficult and often confusing planning process, and more importantly helping them achieve a design that they are happy with, for me it's a true passion as it's not just a design it's potentially a home that a family will live in and have their entire life in, so it's important that you get it right.
I founded it this company in 2012 after completing a architectural degree at Lincoln University and I am a proud member of their alumni, I've been working in the architectural field since 2008, I've worked on numerous planning applications in the Norfolk area and surrounding areas and I've built up a strong rapport with the local planning Authority and building control.

Our Services
Planning Applications
Creating planning application and accompanying drawings and designs and submitting them to the local Council or filling out planning applications for retrospective development (not advised but it happens).
Building Control Drawings
Once you're through the planning stage you'll need to get sign off from building control just as planning ensures it looks are acceptable for local area, building control make sure your development is built to meet UK building regulations and these drawings are another service that we can provide.
Extensions
With property prices still high it's still a good choice to live by the mantra, don't move improve and designing and getting planning for extensions, I would say is one of our specialties.
Architectural Advice
